Thus, incorporating positive words and phrases into the clients subconscious. Hypnotherapy can be a therapeutic tool for physical body relaxation. So, What actually is Hypnotherapy? And how does it work?
In Zen Osho Energy, We talk about your daily activities, thought process, goals and achievements and what you want to achieve in your life. How would you like your life to be and what you need to become to live your life and become free? We will follow the process and guidelines to proceed with the session to take you to a deeper and relaxed state of hypnosis. The procedure is as follows:
- We talk about our present life patterns and our self
- We talk more about what we want to change in our life by ourselves for example stress, challenges and issues
- And discuss to set our intention for our session
- Choose our induction which will be similar to a guided meditation that will take you into a super relaxed and focused state
- We subconsciously reach to the intended area/ issues/ challenging topics differently (imagery or visually), and implant our positive intention, goals or visualise our future to be
- We wake up differently to the same timeline with positive vibrance.
The process generally takes 2 hours. 30 minutes for introduction and setting up our intention and putting it together affirmatively. 1 hour 15 min would be a session (taking in trance, and changing self). Which hypnotherapy should you choose for stress management?
As we are multifaceted, we tend to live that life in different stages, Sometimes we hide our emotional change and behaviour that would block our materialistic and spiritual growth. Our mind can act differently in a different situation. So, we do not accept what comes to us. At hypnotherapy, we confront our own being in true nature, we experience vivid forms of our being and accept that we are here for a special purpose. and this stress is for our own lesson although it hurt at that moment it had taught me a lesson for life and for good. With this understanding, we do not look into stress but focus on the solution of that stress more and engage our subconscious to focus on the thing we wanted rather than stress.
After the session, we become more aware of things that we have always wanted and spontaneously focus on the positive side of life as a lesson when we come to a similar stressful situation in future.
How does Hypnotherapy work in our Subconscious mind?
Our human brain is divided into two sides; left brain and right brain. The left brain controlling the right side of the body and the right brain controlling the left side of the body. The left brain is mostly used in analysis, logic, facts, sequencing, mathematics, the language whereas the right brain is used for creativity, intuition, feelings, imaginations, daydreaming, arts. The right brain is the storehouse also know as subconscious or door to the subconscious mind. The mind beyond letters and words take you deeper into subconsciousness opening your own door to your true self. The true self that connects your true being confident, authentic, wise, self-healed and spiritual. You can access your bold nature for your leadership skills, confidence and authentic self for taking initiative in your projects that is stocked. Accessing wise self gives all the answers to your quest beyond this time and space.
The other healing self and spiritual self offers greater wisdom of motivation to move on to different stages of life and connect to spirituality in your life.
