I have been trying to figure it out in my own life since I started meditating.
Why is peace not everlasting?

Why does my desireless being not last long? And so many other questions scrumble me once a day.

Meditations for Beginners

Many of us ask the same question and we wanted peace and stillness in our life yet we can’t succeed. Our life becomes fully covered with old age but we won’t be capable of getting the right thing for us.

It’s not only us trying to figure out that. Its saints, preachers, teachers and specially Seekers of meditation are onto it. and They have found a tiny way to answer that question.

 

The solution to our Anxiety and Stress. And they have all said that “People who live in the past are suffered from Anxiety and People living in Future suffer from Stress.

Those who live in present deserved the Gift of peace.”

And I agree with the part and here I am trying to show how it happens in our life.

 

To be at peace we need to drop our past and worry less about the future.

But the same past and future become our greatest obstacles to growth.

It becomes the greatest challenge in our life. So, living in past means growing our Anxiety lies which lie in the past events, thoughts and regrets. 

Let’s break down even into the small part that holds our past giving us Anxieties.

  2. Undervaluing you by others
  3. Bullying

 What Stress holds in our Future:

  • Possession of big houses, Car and unnecessary materials
  • Comparing with near and dear ones
  • Feeling that you are right and others don’t understand you
  • Not getting what you are deserved to
  • Want to become YOU But like Bill gates, Steve, or anybody Rich and Famous 

 

What Present moment holds for you:

 

  1. Peacefulness & Calmness
  2. Learning from Past experiences and living in the PRESENT
  3. Planning but not Possessing
  4. Feeling that you are already complete in all the way you are
  5. You are receiving what you deserved the best
  6. You want to become you. Just you.
  7. Providing love, care and support to near and dear ones.
