Reprogram your mind- How does hypnotherapy work?
Introduction to hypnotherapy session:
In the first part of the session, we discuss your daily routine and about you.
Hypnotherapists will show you the journey of your session theoretically.
The initial process is to know details about the client’s physical and mental status.
We record all the information if the client is taking any meditation or not.
Having any issues in the past and in present. And lastly, describing intention, Induction and energy body, Archetype energy.
The client receives future pacing and therapy and suggestibility for peace, and prosperity.
Hypnotherapy Intentions: to change Life or heal
The second step is to set the intention of your hypnotherapy session. This intention is what we want.
For example; if you have low esteem, weakness, anxiety and stress, we set an intention for confidence, strength, and self-motivation.
We will discuss more setting up intentions in another blog or article. What do you want to achieve in your life?
How would you like your life to be and what do you need to become to live your life and become free?
We will follow the process and guidelines to proceed with the session.
After setting up for the intention, Induction will take you to a deeper and relaxed state of hypnosis.
The procedure for Hypnotherapy is as follows:
- We talk about our present life patterns and self
- We talk more about what we want to change in our life by ourselves for example stress, challenges and issues
- And discuss to set our intention for our session
- Choose our induction which will be similar to a guided meditation that will take you into a super relaxed and focused state
- We subconsciously reach to the meeting place for energy
- Also, find roots of issues/ challenging topics (imagery or ), and implant our positive intention, and goals.
- We wake up to the same timeline with positive vibrance.
The process generally takes 1 to 2 hours. 30 minutes for introduction and setting up our intention and putting it together affirmatively.
1 hour 15 min would be a session (taking in trance, and entering into the healing ).
The third or last 15 minutes will be for debriefing and for further discussion. Learn more about affirmations here.
Which hypnotherapy should you choose for stress management?
We are multi-faced, and we have a different perspective on our life. With this perspective, we sometimes have different emotional changes and behavioural attitudes. This perspective and attitude might block out a growth mindset. Our minds can act in different situations. So, we do not accept what comes to us. In hypnotherapy, we confront our own being in true nature, we experience vivid forms of our being and accept that we are here for a special purpose.
And the understanding comes within that we have lessons to learn. With this understanding, we do not look into stress but focus on the solution to that stress more and engage our subconscious to focus on the thing we wanted rather than stress.
After the session, we become more aware of things that we have always wanted and spontaneously focus on the positive side of life as a lesson when we come to a similar stressful situation in future.

Learn Mesmerism and Magnetism
In the 18th century, German doctor Franz Mesmer used the term “mesmerism” to describe an unseen natural force (Lebensmagnetismus) that all living things, including people, animals, and plants, had.
He felt that the force may have physical effects, such as healing, and he sought but failed, to get scientific acceptance of his theories.
Mesmerism and Magnetism is a great tools for entering into a trance.
In hypnosis; certain words are used repeatedly to take clients’ minds into trance whereas in Mesmerism and Magnetism; Eye gazing, body movement is used to induce trance.
By inducing into a trance; we can dive much deeper into the subconscious. By diving into the subconscious, we can unlock any energy blockage or initialise chakra healing.
