I am not asking you to do new things or do things that you can never do. Breathing is simple and it’s happening 24 hours a day, 365 days even without your consent or effort.
So, what it cost you if you [YOU means awareness YOU] pay your full awareness for a while breathing in and breathing out is nothing. The cost would probably be the time you were wasting on using unnecessary social media apps or watching videos to gossip about.
