Masters of Breathing for Mental health is for those people wanting to learn and embrace their mental ability. The psychology of this course is to subconsciously develop your awareness into breath-in a

nd breath-out. By practising this technique, you will learn to focus/un-focus your awareness at your will. For example, if you focus your awareness on happy moments you will become happy and if you focus your awareness on criticism, agony then it turns out that way. But before your signup for this course, keep in mind that this course is a daily course which means you can start studying Chapters 1 all units and chapter 2 Lesson 1. From Chapter 2 lesson 1 you will need to wait for the next day to unlock this lesson. The course will unlock every single day lesson and lesson after completing lesson 1. Masters of Breathing for Mental Health is an online Meditation course for Beginners. This course will also provide insights and understanding at any stage of your Meditation Journey. Understanding more depths about breathing and the connection between you and your body.
